The window insert for the air conditioner that I got is one for a window that opens up and down. I live in an apartment and the window goes from side to side. My window is also a smaller one and I the insert is too long and the position of the hole is wrong also. Does Brada provide window inserts for the type of window I have, if so, how do I get it?
