what is the resistance of the two units. I get 10 ...

what is the resistance of the two units. I get 10 and 15 ohms on one and 10 and 20 on the other. The don't seem to be out, but the output goes off and on. It has gotten worse as time on, Meas was taken with units unplugged ED
