This problem has only just started happening..We set pad in bathroom to 40..after shower is running for about 45 seconds the 40 disappears and the pad and the burner light starts flashing showing a figure of 14..shower then goes cold...if we turn shower off..the pad immediatly comes back to our normal showering setting of 40..can U please advise..how can we fix this problem..thx..Kerry
