Blown out with wind can't now get it to light up

0 1. press the button 1 down and keep on pressing for a few seconds, don't release 2. press the button 4 down as well 3. keep on pressing the button 1 for another 10 seconds, then release it 4. press down the button 2 down, the ignition light will stay on again.
