Please help find the manual for this Bosch Appliances Water Heater...

Bought a house with a Bosh water wizard 780 installed. Need User Manual to change temperature of hot water. I am peeling myself every time I get a shawer.

4 the flame has blown out in the wind and we haved pressed the off button and it wont come back up so we cannot start the flame
