Not hot enough...

Water is not heating very much even though setting are at highest

1 I have the same problem. Lukewarm showers are a pain!

1 This happened to me - water slowly got less and less hot over time. Discovered that they need to be serviced regularly every few years. Problem solved - as good as new.
