My Bosch Hotwater YPRM34XB is constantly flashing ...

My Bosch Hotwater YPRM34XB is constantly flashing 10. I reset as suggested by another user on the website. This works but the controller reverts back to flashing 10 within the next 24 hours Can anyone help me with a permanent fix please?
