0 Push output slide control all the way to the right. Remember it's a water heater not a boiler so only heats the cold as it flows through the unit. In very cold weather when your tap water is colder the appliance will struggle to raise the temperature by the required amount (like now). Reduce the amount of water flowing through the unit per minute at the water control valve and you will get less water but it will be hotter.
