Erratic water flow: warm/hot in bathroom & cold in kitchen. No automatic temperature adjustments so have tried by using water inlet tap? (blue valve? on right side of unit). Warm/hot water in hand basin has improved but shower is erratic (water splurts our of shower head - air in water pipes??) and erratic cold/luke warm water in kitchen. I need to boil water to wash up.
