My key pad on the YS2433R gas water heater is showing fault 14. I was told from Bosch service centre it is the Wrap around fuse part number S8Y510101 that has gone. It has not fixed the problem, after resetting the keypad, by following the reset sequence pubished by Bosch. Does anyone know if the 1 metre long cord, when warpped around the copper heater tubes, which by the way may require a complete dismantle from the housing to do this, will fix the problem or do IU have another underlying problem.
