Question About Bosch Appliances Water Heater 25E Highflow

my gas system is not hot enough, since new it only heats water to 40 degrees, sticker for aust standards recommends 50 degrees, water isnt hot enough to was dishes, have to boil kettle to assist

3 I also have problems with my gas hot water systerm (old Junkers with no manual), Water termperature is erratic - sometimes warm/hot in bathroom but always luke warm/cold in kitchen. I've tried adjusting manually (water inlet) to no avail. Is this unit repairable? I had it repaired about 3 years ago & it was reasonably OK but lately has become not OK.
