I have been without a gas supply for the last 5 days. I have just put credit in the meter and pressed the reset button and cannot get any hot water or heating ? Once, i have pressed the reset botton it appeas to charge up for a few seconds then the reset button and central blue blue start flashing again. Is the flame symbol supposed to be lit up ? If so, how do I get it to light up ??
