Question About Black & Decker Vacuum Cleaner vm725
No suction...

The vacuum has no pressure to suck up anything. I have checked all hoses and they are clear. When I remove the back portion there is a rotating blade which rotates really fast and if I put my hand over that there is a huge amount of suction
