Question About Black & Decker Vacuum Cleaner FHV1080
Charge Indicator Light Won't Come on...

I've plugged in the mini vac but the indicator light won't come on and the charge that it did take was very weak. I am military in Afghanistan used a power converter to charge the unit. reginald.williams1217@yahoo.com
