need a schematic it is not in the manual OK I have a couple wires off inside the cleaner and I told the lady who answered the phone at bissell that I needed a schematic of course she was from another country and could not speak english , I think she said she has phone # for repairman ... I told her I could not afford repairman that was why I was trying to fix it myself ... is there someplace on the web I can download a schematic for bissell 6860_H vacuum cleaner
