I was cleaning the upper cleaning chamber and when I was doing this I didn't notice where the blue cap part went. I am now ready to put it back together and want to make sure I put it in the correct place. I have the Bissell 3593-3. Please advise.

0 Just figured out that the blue cap was not part of the vacuum. It is all back together with no problems. Thanks anyway.
