I have a Bissel Model # 3525-2 with a bag. The hose seems to fill up with vacuumed particles and nothing goes into the bag. There seems to be some suction at the end of the hose but all the air seems to be going out the filter. Please tell me how I can fix this. Thank you for your consideration.
