Question About Bissell Vacuum Cleaner 6390
all of the sudden, my Bissell momentum cyclonic up...

all of the sudden, my Bissell momentum cyclonic upright bagless vacuum is MAKING LOTS OF NOISE.... I need ear plugs.... I've taken it apart, cleaned it, it has its 2 filters, and rubber band is fine.... it still works, sucks up fine, BUT DARN ITS LOUD, could wake the neighbors........ what are your thoughts?
