Question About Bissell Carpet Cleaner Steam-mate model 1650
Operation manual needed...

Bissell's website does not have 1 pc of information on this model. Just bought at a garage sale & need to know how to use the darn thing!!!

0 I inherited one. Came with manual. Just cleaned off mouse dirt, put water in tank, and plugged in. Vacumn works, it sprays cold water, no steam. Nowhere in instructions does it say it produces steam! WTF? There is only one switch and that turns the vacumn on and off. Noisy little unit. Receipt for $119 was in the instruction booklet. Does yours make steam?
