My carpet cleaner won't release the cleaner to spray. Neither from the unit itself or the hand tools. The dirty water container stays bone dry. I have tried to trouble shoot the situation and only the suction part that goes into the dirty water container does not connect together at the gasket area in the handle of the cleaner machine. This creates poor suction but it does not explain why the dirty water container is bone dry. I cannot figure out why the machine wont release the solution either.
