it doesn't have suction. also if it is sitting still the water leaks out. the belt is fine, i don't have my manual and i want to fix this. i love this product and it has been broke for awhile and you can tell. i used this everyday when my kids where little and the machine looks great i only buy bissell products they are affordable and last a long time. i am on a fixed income and would like to fix it if i can.
