I have recently purchased a powerforce 300, 1491 series, and I'm quite disappointed with it. While its suction for carpets is great on rugs it almost shreds the fabric ( shaggy rug) my old hoover did not. And when using the hose and nozzle dust blows out of the hoover where the end of the hose is stored when not in use, making a mess and more work. Is this normal?
