Hi, I have just recieved the OxyGen Attachment but...

Hi, I have just recieved the OxyGen Attachment but there are no instrucions as to how to attach it to the cleaner, or where to put the fluid. The rubber stopper on the side does not pull off/out. Should it? I dare not try too hard in case I break it.
