bissell ready clean...

I just bought this cleaner at March Air Reserve Base Post Exchange, opened it and no instruction booklet. I don't know how to use it.

0 Hi, just used my Bissel ready-clean for the first time and the water sprayer/soap dispenser is not operating at all. Any quick fixes for this problem, or will I have to return the machine?
