Bissell BigGreen 86T3 and Bissell as a company have failed us in under 18 months! $20 plastic part (bushing) is apparently not available from Bissel or their 'Authorized Service Centers' at all - not even listed on the parts schematic. I had to manufacture a part to keep this thing running until we find a replacement machine that will last. Bissell "Commercial" is nothing but a glorified homeowner product - both unreliable and unserviceable.
