Love bionaire products so we needed a humidifier but when we turn it on the motor makes a funny noise like it is hitting something. The noise is loud, can you give me any suggestions on how to fix it....I have had it for about 6 months and don't have the receipt to return it back to the store. I had it stored away during the summer and now that winter is here the kids need it. I have model BUL2612. Has there been a recall on this item. Thank you Sandi
