Question About Bionaire Electric Heater bsh3850
Please help find the manual for this Jarden Corporation Portable Heater...

Will not turn on and heat. When pugged in and turned on, all the sensor lights come on and then turn off, except the "Tip-Over Protection" light. It stays on.
