Question About Bionaire Electric Heater BCH3616
My son gave me the heater new in the box I pluged ...

My son gave me the heater new in the box I pluged it in and noting happens .The led Temp. numbers light up +- or -. NO HEATER NO FAN . I HAVE TRIED THE PLUG WAIT TRICK . Please help it't cold outside. Fred
