Question About Bernina Sewing Machine 950 Industrial
The bottom threads bunch up and the machine seems ...

The bottom threads bunch up and the machine seems to "seize" and stop working altogether. What do we do? We have tried changing the spool of thread, re-threading, changing the tension and other things. We can't sew this way! Please help. Thank you, Ellen PS I have a Bernina 950, of course.
