Hi there, I'm having trouble with the bobbin case!...

Hi there, I'm having trouble with the bobbin case! The cotton keeps jamming it up, then it hard to move the needle, by hand or foot I have removed all the cotton then the casing is stuck so I loosen the screw wiggle the casing out, then tighten the screw now it doesn't want to pick up the cotton what shall I do? Call the machine doctor...??
