Question About Beckett Burner None
unit going into lock out...

Hi I have this nordyne heating system with a beckett oil burner. This is what happens the unit keeps going out and I have to bleed the oil line before a reset the unit to make it work it works one or two times and then locks out again...bleed 1 or 2 times and again goes out on lock out mode.

0 sounds like your getting air in the lines, or the oil pump is loosing it's prime. Try replaceing the oil filter and cheking all the fittings, if everything checks out then you may need to replace the oil pump.
