Question About Bard Heat Pump WH Series
Cold air when temp below 40...

Purchased 10/93, installer installed heat strip, still cold air. Said if he installed 2nd heat strip would defeat purpose of heat pump. Unit frosts up and blows cold air in house. Have to defrost with hair dryer. What needs to be done and by who. Installer out of business.Nokomis, FL
