Hello,we have Bard air conditioner,so it age 8 months.So its heater system works,when we switch on to cool,it does not work,i mean its cooling system does not work,I invite a master to check it,he says its compressor damages,I am not sure,I check its Menu and find alarm,So alarms are below; Outside Air tempurature present_value=-50.00 exceeds low limit ,I dont know there is anyconnection between that problem and this alarm mesage,But I am waiting for your comment and help, Thanks in advance,
