Question About Axor Plumbing Product 10801001
Hansgrohe 10801xx1/10111xx1 Leak...

I have the above 2 mixer taps. When I switch them on, water leaks through the cartridge and out of the top of the flange. I've tried tightening the cartridge, but that doesn't stop the flow. How do I identify the defective part?
