0 You have not set the air right on your stove or you need to clean it completely. This means taking the inside parts out (disassembling ) and cleaning and vacuuming everything. Also clean your flew pipe out. This needs to be done at least once a yr and sometimes twice. Then clean your stove every three days and vacuum every two or three cleanings. There is a good video on the Webb that shows this very well. Yahoo i think. James

0 You need to clean your stove and or set the air to the burn pot to a higher setting. These stoves must be cleaned at least every three days of use. But it all depends on your pellet fuel too. Some of these pellet manufactures put a lot of junk wood into the pellets (pine)and the pellets require more air to burn correctly. And must be cleaned more often. Clean your stove and at least once a yr do a good thorough cleaning, take it apart inside the burn area and vacuum it out completely.

0 Did cleaning your stove work for you? we are having the same problem with a stove I have been using and cleaning the same for 10 years.Every one just says "you need to clean it and/or your air flow is set wrong".. Are there any other ideas out there that could be wrong with it?
