Question About Avalon Stoves Stove Cedar EF

This is a model CedarEF. It will not stay lit for very long maybe 5 or 10 minutes. I have replaced the themapile, still the same problem, should I replace thethermocoupler? This stove is brand new. The store I bought it from went out of buisness. Thanks Dave. Email= daveareeno@sbcglobal.net
