Question About Avalon Stoves Indoor Fireplace DVL Insert EF II
glass removal for cleaning...

I'm trying to remove the ceramic glass from the insert so I can clean. I can get at the bottom two square release bolts with the tool but not the two at the top. The face plate has to be removed and I can't figure how it comes off.
