my furnace won't shut off and I don't have a manua...

my furnace won't shut off and I don't have a manual as it is very old. model, El6-F2UD2C4. Could this just be in need of a new thermostat? Looks easy enough to change but are they available in the stores? email sally_1944@yahoo.com
