Hello I have a Concept 1000 high efficiency condensing unit as part of my central air conditioning system. The unit is 11 years old and is starting to sound unusually noisey compared to other condensers in my neighborhood. Does my unit require lubricating. I keep the unit clean and free of any obstructions. Thanks very much. It's a great peace of engineering. Ron Stupen
