MY INSTANTANEOUS WATER HEATER BURNER DOES NOT COME ON WHEN HOT WATER IS TURNED ON. PILOT IS LITE. WHAT IS THE POSSIBLITIES THAT DOES NOT LET BURNER LIT OFF WITH HOT WATER RUNNING.
