Question About Aprilaire Thermostat 8365
"OFF" display is on all the time...

Power had gone off, now it says "OFF" no matter what I do. When I switch to heat ON, it comes on, but wont get warm, and wont let me change the temperature and the "off" display is still on. All it shows me is room temperature, I can't view what it's set on, or change anything!
