Every time I program the thermostat (cooling) the "return" time flashes and it kicks on and cools the place to a temp lower than programed. For instance, right now it is programed to be 75 degrees in here, however it is currently 73 degrees and the air is still blasting away. I'm freezing every evening at this time. I've re-programmed it, re-set the time, etc. What's up? Thanks!
