Question About A.O. Smith Water Heater None
will not stay lit...

I lost the manual, and the heater will not stay lit. after three tries it shuts down and the vacation and the A and B lights are on. I do not know the code stands for. thanks for any help

0 I just had my Ignition Sensor replaced under warranty for this exact same code. Try this link for a list of all codes. www.hotwater.com/bulletin/TB-A028-06.pdf Service call was $120, which is about what the part costs also if you have to pay for it.
