Question About A.O. Smith Water Heater None
We have a BTH 400A 100, serial #1026M000773 water ...

We have a BTH 400A 100, serial #1026M000773 water heater that we received on 7/7/10. We have a low anode protection alert indicated. We have tried powering the unit down, and back up. We have measured the applied voltage to each anode, no voltage. What should we try next? This unit should still be under warranty.
