Question About A.O. Smith Water Heater GPVH 40 100
my a.o. smith promax water heater has a code on it...

my a.o. smith promax water heater has a code on it that i can't reset. vacation and C are lit up. this code is not in my manual. what does it mean and how do i fix it. i tried turning off and then back on and still can not fix the code - it's like it's locked or stuck there.

0 I'm having the same problem with my water heater. Does anyone know how to reset or unlock it?
