Having a problem with the thermal expansion relief valve on this water heater

0 This cross-reference guide lists the EEH-52, and says the current model (as of 3/06) is the ECRT-52, which is still current in 7/10.

0 The link in the previous comment also lists the EES-52, which is similar to the EEH-52, but less energy efficient.

0 There is a constant flow of water coming from the pipe attached to the thermal expansion relief valve which is attached to the hot water pipe. There is no lever on this valve like there is on the regular pressure relief valve on the front to the unit.

0 The actual model number is ECT 52 200, s/n: 0808A028964, however, I did not find it listed.
