Hot Water heater only stays hot for about 7hrs daily 112 gallons every hour turn around and it's use at a beauty in the most busiest time of the year. Last time work on the heating element was change. Per sticker on heater should have been doing yearly maintenance at acost of $445.00. Customer isn't aware of this. I am trying to sell a new one since 5yr warranty is up.
