I need the manual for the A.O Smith Model PGXH 50 ...

I need the manual for the A.O Smith Model PGXH 50 248, cause my water is not staying hot long enough. The thermostat is set on A and I am afraid to move it to B. It has been working this way for years, could it be something else is wrong?
