I have an AO Smith Power Shot Power Vent water heater. The Honeywell SV9570A2054 valve has a continuously blinking green LED. The hot water heater is not delivering hot water. I can only find error codes for up to 6 LED flashes in the literature, not continuous blinking. Any idea what issue this is indicating?
