we are having problems with our gas water heater, it turns off and we have to be turning it on every time we have to take a shower. I have been trying to find a part for it but can'f find it. Serial #GK030063454 Model # FVR40100 do you think we can get a part for this water heater, we are afraid it will explode one of this days when we are trying to turn it on. can we find a store in my area were we can get the part we need or someone from the company that can call us and let us know if it can be fix. this water heater is only about 2 1/2 years old.
